Dr. Viviane Winthrop, founder of Winthrop Dental Consulting, LLC has over 25 years of experience managing dental care facilities
across diverse populations in California and Arizona. As a Neutral Dental Court Monitor, she audits and evaluates dental programs
for substantial compliance and addresses deficiencies in patient care, offering recommendations, processes, mentoring, consulting,
and guidance. Her extensive experience with incarcerated adult and juvenile populations and community health center dental care
equips her to provide thorough assessments aimed at eliminating barriers to access and timeliness of care and improving the quality
of dental services in a variety of healthcare facilities.

Neutral Court Monitoring
Ensuring Fairness and Accountability in Dental Care Oversight
Dr. Viviane Winthrop has extensive experience as a neutral court monitor in California. She specializes in monitoring compliance, auditing practices, providing regular reports to the court, and offering guidance and recommendations to dental practices. Additionally, she mediates disputes between parties in court orders and settlements, ensuring fair and impartial resolutions. Education and training are also key components of her role as a neutral court monitor.
